Terms of Use
Version 2026-11-05.
These Terms are an agreement between you and G&K Soft ("we", "us"), the maker of Clayscope. By tapping "I agree", or by playing Clayscope, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
1. Playing Clayscope
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Clayscope and play it on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, share or publish the game, or its pictures, music, sounds or words, except as the law allows.
- Change, decompile or take the game apart, except where the law gives you that right.
- Use bots, scripts or changed copies of the game, or interfere with its servers.
- Use the game in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone.
3. What belongs to whom
Clayscope and its pictures, music, sounds, places and words belong to us, apart from the parts listed on the Credits page in the game's settings, which come from others under their own licences.
4. The globe, the places and the facts
- The globe is a picture of the world made of clay, not an official or political map. It takes no side on any border, territory or place name.
- The facts in the game are simplified and may sometimes be wrong. They are for curiosity, not for decisions that matter.
- Day and night, the weather and the animals on the globe are simplified, and sometimes imagined. They are not a forecast. Never use them for safety, travel or navigation.
5. Buying things
If Clayscope offers anything to buy, the store you use handles the payment and any refund under its own terms.
6. Changes
We may change the game, its online service and these Terms, or stop them. Changed Terms apply once the game shows them to you.
7. Your privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what the game does with information.
8. No promises
We provide Clayscope "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises or warranties, stated or implied, including that the game will be free of errors or always available.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress, that come from using the game. Where the law does not let us exclude our liability, it is limited to what you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim, if anything.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be taken away.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may limit or end your use of the game if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 still apply afterwards.
